Who is The Naked Yogini?
Katrina "Rainsong" Messenger graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where she studied massage, yoga and energy healing.After over 10 years of personal practice, and while studying at the institute, she was awakened to an intuitive spirit that inspired her to a deeper practice of yoga and a passion to teach.
The sanskrit word for "female researcher" is Shodini, a title she carries in her heart. She considers all her works to be sacred arts and an extension of her yoga practice. Katrina is also a mother, performance artist, dancer, model and poet.She has just completed her first book, R.A.W. Nude Yoga: Celebrating the Human Body Temple.
